Abstract The nonelastic, microscopic internal processes are generated in flowing plasma. All processes have living time different from zero. So, their influence on subsonic plasma flow can be significant. Presented paper is concerned on influence of rate collisions internal processes on subsonic flow of low temperature plasma.
