Abstract The authors describe a patient with Behçet's disease who suffered from intracerebral hemorrhage 2½ years after the initial diagnosis. There is strong evidence that this situation is not merely a coincidence; rather, these two abnormalities have a cause and effect relationship. (Neurosurgery 21:582-583, 1987)
