Determination  of  comfort properties  of  knitted  underwear for  sports and  comparison  of traditional and innovative underwear for thermal underwear. Methodology.  The  article  provides  an  analysis  of  the  modern  range  of  textile  materials  for underwear, analyzes the latest developments in the design of thermal underwear. The modern methods have been used to determine clothing comfort and physical properties of textile materials. Experimental studies are based on the basic principles of textile materials science.

With the improvement of living standards, people are increasingly more demands on the dress. Study on the clothing comfort more and more. Clothing pressure comfort is an important aspect of clothing comfort. Dynamic clothing pressure is the interaction between human body and clothing. It is related to clothing styles, fabrics property, clothing structure, body motions, etc. The clothing pressure on different position of body was measured when arms were raised to different position. The pressures on the back, shoulder, arms, waist were discussed in this paper. The biggest pressure was on arms, and all interviewees could feel it.

In this paper, we focus on the need for researching the performance of clothing materials. It chose the knitting fabric to be the object of study, and took the performance tests, which include basic performance, style, comfort and clothing comfort. After that, it analysis that these three variables— “fibers”, “yarn properties” and “fabric performance”— influence clothing thermal-wet comfort. The statistic analyses include one-way ANOVE, correlation analysis and principal component analysis. Based on the contrastive analysis of test results, it can be gain the effect of these three variables on clothing comfort.
