ABSTRACT Perforating injuries of the orbit involving the paranasal sinuses are uncommon. We report a case in which a large flat stone foreign body lodged in the anterior orbit and maxillary sinus was surgically removed by a combined approach by otolaryngologist and ophthalmologists.
