Based on the research and analysis of power balance calculation method for the whole vehicle electrical system, example of specific project, detailed analysis and statistics of the whole vehicle with electrical power demand in different work conditions. And analysis and design the key parameters on the battery capacity, the size of the generator and starter. Preliminary verify the proposed method feasibility through specific calculation in this paper.
