In order to raise the efficiency of on-site live detection, we proposed a new study of live detection data management system which based piconet and Electric Power System Secure Access Platform(EPSSAP). Piconet of comprehensive multi professional testing equipments with Bluetooth technology is established to wireless acquisite field testing data. Using mobile APN secure access technology, secure communication between the intranet information system and PC power system is realized. Application of the platform will provide basis for a unified multiple data acquisition system, extend functions of intranet information system, such as data storage, information processing regulate the process of on-site live detection work and improve the efficiency of the use of live detection data.

In order to make the real time database more suitable for the computing features in power system, this paper will study the design and architecture of distributed and parallel real-time database. A mapping table from table file to machine nodes is established, and meta-data management system is used to store and manage the mapping table to meet the characteristics of high concurrent access. The whole network computation can access the unified interface provided by the real-time database. The data is retrieved and collected through each node. Experimental results show that the systems designed can meet the computing requirements of a unified whole network.

From long, long time ago until nowadays information still takes a serious position for all aspect of life, fromindividual to organization. In ABC company information is somewhat very sensitive, very important. But how wekeep our information safe, well we have many ways to do that: in hard drive, removable disc etc. with otherorganizations they even have data centre to save their information. The objective of information security is to keep information safe from unwanted access. We applied Risk Mitigation Action framework on our data management system and after several months we have a result far better than before we use it: information more secure, quickly detect incidents, improve internal and external collaboration etc.
