The graph and model integrative technology is used in the power network management. In this paper, we presented a mechanism of designing the power network management architecture with the graph theory involved. In our scheme, we describe the device topology by characteristics of node connection and port features. Then the automatic construction of the topology is focused and the system integrality is also examined. Besides, several functions are developed such as the graph editor, model storage, visualization and data analysis in power network management. The graph-based technology is applied to analyze the communication network topology. And experiment results show that it can exactly improve level of power equipment visualization.
