Abstract Copper Alloy No. C93500 is a cast bronze containing nominally 9% lead and 5% tin. It has excellent machinability, low strength and good resistance to corrosion. It is used for corrosion-resistant castings, small bearings and bushings. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, tensile properties, and compressive strength as well as fracture toughness. Abstract Copper Alloy No. C93400 is cast bronze containing nominally 8% tin and 8% lead. Former commercial names (not recommended) are (1) High-Leaded Tin Bronze and (2) 84-8-8-0.
