La rilato lingvo-kulturo en internaciaj organizaĵoj: Cele al sociologio de internaciaj organizaĵoj
Nepraĵo por kompreni la laboron de internaciaj organizaĵoj estas la rilato lingvo-kulturo. Tiu rilato estas observebla en internaciaj organizaĵoj je ĉiuj niveloj kaj ĝi funda-mentas ĉiujn iliajn agadojn. Multaj malfacilaĵoj obstaklas la studon de tiu komplika rilato, interalie la negativa bildo de internaciaj organizaĵoj, kiu ekestis en si mem parte pro la rilato lingvo-kulturo. Nuntempe ne ekzistas adekvata priskribo de tiu rilato en internacia kunteksto. Nova disciplino estas bezonata: la sociologio de internaciaj organizajoj.
SUMMARY
The Relationship between Language and Culture in International Organizations: Toward a Sociology of International Organizations
Understanding the work of international organizations is crucially dependent on the relationship between language and culture. This relationship may be observed in international organizations at various levels and it underlies their activities. Numerous difficulties attach to the study of this complex relationship, among them the negative image of international organizations, for which the language-culture relationship is itself partially responsible. Currently there exists no adequate definition of this relationship in the international context. A new discipline is needed: the sociology of international organizations.
