Application of Sustainable clean energy has become a growing interest in mechanical, material science, manufacturing/fabrication and relevant engineering. This paper presents the modeling and analysis of a pneumatic air-powered automobile system, a candidate for a new generation of hybrid-vehicle technologies. Design, manufacturing and material selection pertaining to the project are discussed. It was designed to explore the applications of clean energy and to gain an in-depth understanding of the engineering processes and methods of modeling such a complex system.
