administration is a routine activity recorded records documenting correspondence activities in all aspects and preparing reports. based on this description it can be concluded that the administration of education and education personnel is the overall process of educational activities which includes planning. organizing. briefing. reporting. coordination. briefing. supervision and financing by using or utilizing available personal and good facilities. material. as well as spiritually to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently.And there is also a slight difference between education staff and educators in which educational staff are members of the community who are devoted and appointed to support the implementation of education, which includes educators. Administration of educators and education personnel is the overall process of the activities of educators to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. The administrative process of educators and education personnel is the provision of educational staff, placement and orientation. An educator and educational staff for the welfare of his life are entitled to receive salary, benefits, and rewards for what he has done. There is a time when an educator and education personnel are allowed to not come to work (a few days) because of illness, childbirth and during the study period, etc. This paper is based on references in the bibliography.
