Educator administration is an effort to increase the effectiveness of teachers, lecturers, and others for achieve the goals of education itself. Educational staff includes principals / madrasas, supervisors of education units, administrative staff, library staff, laboratory staff, technicians, study group managers, tutors for learning and cleaning. Administration of educators and education personnel (CAR) is the overall process of educator activities that includes planning, organizing, directing, reporting, coordinating, monitoring and financing, using or utilizing available facilities, both personal, material, and spiritual, to effectively achieve educational goals and efficient. The PTK administration process begins with the provision of educational staff such as selection, subsequent placement, and orientation, the aim of which is to accelerate the adaptation period so that new teaching staff can work faster and better. An educator and educational staff for the welfare of his life are entitled to receive salary, benefits, and appreciation for what he has done. There was a time when an educator and education personnel were allowed to not come to work called leave for several reasons, namely large leave, leave because of illness, maternity leave, leave of study, and joint leave.

There is a time when an educator and education personnel are allowed to not come to work (a few days) because of illness, childbirth and during the study period, etc. This paper is based on references in the bibliography.

administration is a routine activity recorded records documenting correspondence activities in all aspects and preparing reports. based on this description it can be concluded that the administration of education and education personnel is the overall process of educational activities which includes planning. organizing. briefing. reporting. coordination. briefing. supervision and financing by using or utilizing available personal and good facilities. material. as well as spiritually to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently.And there is also a slight difference between education staff and educators in which educational staff are members of the community who are devoted and appointed to support the implementation of education, which includes educators. The aim of this article is to fulfill assignment of education administration and supervision courses. The method used in writing this article is a literature study method, namely by collecting data from various literature sources. In the article explained that educators and education personnel are very important in implementing the learning process. The process of educators and education personnel administration covers the fields of procurement, placement and orientation. The use of management information systems in the field of education (SIMDIK) is very important in management, both in terms of managing academic administration, staffing administration, administration of facilities and infrastructure, reporting administration and so on. However, managing the administrative staff is more prioritized in educational institutions, especially teaching staff because they are the most important element in the education process. The use of management information system as a service system for teaching and education staff will be managed and empowered through SIMPATIKA (Information System for Educators and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Religion). It is helpful the management of teaching and educational staff, although some weaknesses in it. SIM is not only necessary but it is used to realize the vision, improve the educators and educational staff quality in accordance with the educators and education standards. So the use of SIM is as a mandatory step to carry out its mission. SIM maintenance should be prioritized to serve educators and education staff so it realizes the educators and educational staff quality in accordance with the educators and education standards.
