AISI Type 440B is a hardenable high-carbon high-chromium steel recommended stainless for cutlery, valve parts, ball bearings, pivot pins, etc. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, microstructure, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness.
