The paper introduces a Wireless Series Port Communication System between PC and MCU based on the wireless communication module. With the MSComm control technology and the VC++ platform, a PC-side communication software is developed. Hardware and software of MCU-side is also designed by setting serial communication protocols and working modes. The system has been applied in the wireless communication of Open Architecture CNC System successfully.

A kind of novel open architecture CNC system is put forward based on the key hardware ‘‘PC+PMAC controller’’. The intelligent CNC system is divided into four layers, the field bus is used in it for openness and interoperability. The system software including several functional modules is developed based on COM for reuse and reconfiguration. The proposed open CNC system is based on STEP-NC data model, which aim to provide higher-level information for process control. The framework presented can be used as a reference for STEP-compliant CNC.

Through analyzing and comparing existing wireless communication protocols, this paper selects Bluetooth protocol suitable for CNC manufacturing and constructs communication system base on Bluetooth protocol.this system can solve some shortcomings of the wired network process, and make CNC machining faster, more flexible, more efficient.

FASH160KE profiling machine manufactured in Germany is imported by our company in the late 1970s. The electrical element of this equipment is seriously ageing. What is worse, there have no substitution for AC drive, which will cause speed could not be regulated. Besides, the function of hydraulic pressure copying is beyond repair. In order to solve the problem that vehicle diagnostic system is of bad uniformity and versatility, which due to the different vehicle diagnostic system communication protocols developed by the different vehicle OEMs according to their own needs, this paper proposes a design method of vehicle CAN bus diagnostic communication module based on AUTOSAR standard. This module follow the AUTOSAR standard and it can be implemented in accordance with the international standard ISO 15765. The results of the test show that when this module is applied to some car dashboard, it can satisfy the needs of the vehicle diagnostic communication system, and it is of good standardization, versatility and portability.
