120 MBA students in a program with a professional work experience component completed a survey in which they were asked whether they would seek counseling under different sets of circumstances. Respondents were more likely to seek counseling when they were looking for general career counseling or when their employer insisted on the counseling and when they did not have to pay for the counseling themselves.
