В статье рассмотрены ситуация на рынке энергоресурсов в период пандемии COVID-19 и возможные перспективные мероприятия по повышению эффективности использования энергетических ресурсов и росту ВВП экономики страны. Отражены основные направления мероприятий по повышению энергоэффективности в период пандемии, отражена необходимость повышения персональной мотивации и ответственности должностных лиц федеральных и региональных органов исполнительной власти. Сформулирован вывод о необходимости повышения эффективности управления мероприятиями по реализации задач и достижению показателей в исполнении национальных задач и проектов как на федеральном уровне, так и в регионах и муниципальных образованиях.
This article considers the situation on the energy market during the COVID-19 pandemic and possible promising measures to improve the efficiency of the use of energy resources and increase the GDP of the country's economy. The main directions of measures to improve energy efficiency during the pandemic are reflected, the need to increase the personal motivation and responsibility of officials of federal and regional executive authorities is reflected. The conclusion is formulated about the need to improve the efficiency of managing activities for the implementation of tasks and achieving indicators in the implementation of national tasks and projects both at the federal level and in regions and municipalities.
