Practical Implications

Purpose This paper aims to review the misalignment between enterprise design and its business strategy and suggests three principles to eliminate the misalignment. Design/methodology/approach This briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context. Findings Three principles – Common Identification and Consolidation, Collaboration and Standardization – are suggested to align enterprise design with its business strategy.
