В статье с целью оптимизации процесса управления ресурсами обоснована необходимость разработки эконометрической модели, учитывающей отраслевую специфику предприятия. На ее основе управленческий аппарат получает возможность оценить взаимосвязи факторов эффективности деятельности стивидорной компании, что усиливает обоснованность принимаемых решений. Цель исследования – построение эконометрической модели, позволяющей оценить тесноту взаимосвязи между показателями экономической эффективности хозяйственной деятельности стивидорной компании и измерить их взаимное влияние. Методы исследования. В процессе проведения исследования были использованы устный опрос, корреляционно-регрессионный и дисперсионный анализ, статистическое наблюдение. Результаты. В работе проведены исследования степени взаимного влияния показателей, характеризующих эффективность деятельности стивидорной компании. Информационная база сформирована посредством применения опроса, наблюдения, анализа статистических данных, что демонстрирует высокое качество собранного материала. Заключение. В статье представлена авторская эконометрическая модель, применяемая для оценки взаимосвязей показателей эффективности деятельности стивидорной компании. На основании результатов проведенных исследований предложены общие рекомендации, реализация которых сформирует условия для роста эффективности работы предприятия. Предложенная модель отражает специфику ведущих предприятий портовой отрасли и может быть применена для оценки взаимосвязей показателей эффективности портовых терминалов. The article in order to optimize the resource management process is substantiated the need to develop an econometric model that takes into account the sectoral specifics of the enterprise. On the basis of its basis, the management apparatus is able to assess the relationship of the factors of the effectiveness of the stevedoring company, which increases the validity of the decisions made. The purpose of the study is to build an econometric model that allows us to assess the relationship of the relationship between the indicators of the economic efficiency of the economic activity of the stevedoring company and measure their mutual influence. Research methods. In the process of conducting research, an oral survey was used, correlation-regression and dispersion analysis, statistical observation. Results. The paper conducted studies to the degree of mutual influence of indicators characterizing the effectiveness of the activities of the stevedoring company. The information base is formed by applying a survey, observation, analysis of statistical data, which demonstrates the high quality of the material collected. Conclusion. The article presents the author's econometric model used to assess the relationship of the performance of the stevedoring company. Based on the results of the research, general recommendations were proposed, the implementation of which will form the conditions for the increase in the efficiency of the enterprise. The proposed model reflects the specifics of the leading enterprises of the port industry and can be applied to assess the relationship of the effectiveness of pore terminals.

Abstract This article discusses the basic principles of generating a tool path when processing quasi-equidistant surfaces. The review and analysis of the origin of the automation of technological preparation of production in the world is carried out. The concept of integrated automated production is revealed. Considered are the leading enterprises that were among the first to introduce computer-aided design systems. The article discusses technologies for processing complex surfaces with the maximum removal of the metal layer from the work piece, with the maximum approximation to the given shape. The types of complex spherical surfaces have been identified, the processing of which is a complex technological process that requires a high level of qualifications of a specialist and expensive equipment. Before the introduction of automated machine control, such types of complex surfaces were almost impossible to process, the geometry was only close to the real one. Here we consider a modern CAM-system, which is a complex software package. Over the past decade, several generations of CAM systems have changed. When forming the tool path, it is possible to use the functions of their viewing and editing. In most cases, the system automatically generates the tool path based on the cutting geometry and machining parameters. The authors proposed a method for creating a machining path in the NX CAM environment. In this work, the optimal trajectory of the tool movement is determined, the cutting pattern is selected for processing quasi-equidistant surfaces, the cutting modes, the cutting tool, and the overlap step between passes are determined.

The development of digital technology has been rapidly pushing forward collaborative innovation in supply chain. This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of information sharing, resource integration, and trustworthiness among the enterprises in supply chain to collaborative innovation under the digitization background and builds the model of dynamic evolutionary game in which enterprises in supply chain participate collaborative innovation, and then, through the methods of model solution analysis and numerical simulation the following concrete conclusions are reached: the increase of data sharing profit coefficient, resource integration coefficient, and trustworthiness causes the increase of the probability that an enterprise selects to participate collaborative innovation in supply chain, and the increase of data sharing cost, security risk coefficient, and free rider income causes the decrease of the probability that an enterprise selects to participate collaborative innovation in supply chain; meanwhile, the increase of all the coefficients makes the velocity with which decision-making approaches to the direction toward decision higher and higher, and when the core enterprises participate the game, they can drive the common enterprises make decision more rapidly; and for the probability that an enterprise selects to participate collaborative innovation in supply chain, data sharing profit coefficient, data sharing cost coefficient, security risk coefficient, and free rider income have threshold values. These conclusions play active roles in leading enterprises to attach importance to digitization construction and actively participate collaborative innovation in supply chain.

The article concludes the description of the standard regional infocommunication system “Student and Labor” (ST), begun by the authors in previous publications in the “Informatics and Education” journal. This system is an integral part of the regional system for identifying, developing and involving creatively gifted youth in labor activity, starting from high school age. The S&T system is aimed at identifying and developing university students who are creatively gifted in the field of science and technology in the process of their gradual involvement in real labor activities in cooperation with leading enterprises in the region. The S&T system is aimed at identifying and developing university students who are creatively gifted in the field of science, technology and technology in the process of their gradual involvement in real labor activity in interaction with the leading enterprises of the region. Organizational and informational issues of its creation and functioning were discussed in previous articles, this article presents tools that allows a student to most effectively plan the developmental content of his activities, taking into account individual goals and interests, available resources, as well as a wide range of opportunities provided by the surrounding socio-economic environment. The central part of the toolkit is an individually adjustable optimization mathematical model. The article provides a formalized description of this model and considers an example of its use.

The introductory part of the article provides information that JSC "Element" is one of the leading enterprises of Ukraine in the scientific and technical direction "Electronic systems for measuring, monitoring parameters and aircraft engine control". As a result of cooperation between the team of Element JSC and a number of divisions of Motor Sich JSC, software and hardware complexes (SHC) were developed to automate the technological processes of bench tests of aircraft engines. For 15 years, about 20 such SHCs have been supplied to Motor Sich JSC and other enterprises. An important task of Element JSC was to provide support for its hardware and software complexes, to promptly resolve issues related to their performance and modernization as new requirements and technological processes emerge. The SHC Polygon became the main tool in solving these problems. The description of the SHC Polygon is given, which is a functionally standard SHC, but with a reduced composition of measuring modules. The SHC polygon consists of two hierarchical levels: lower and upper. The upper level of the PTK Polygon is a device for communication with the object, the main tasks of which are the transformation of parameters coming from the sensors and the primary processing of information, control of technological operations, and emergency protection of the engine. The upper level is two workstations that display information and provide interaction between the operator and the system. The Polygon SHC includes a software product (SP) operating in the environment of the QNX 4.25 real-time operating system. The main feature of the SHC Polygon is the ability to launch the SP of any of the developed SHC, adapted to work with the existing set of measuring modules. A list of the most frequently performed works in the course of post-warranty maintenance of the hardware and software complex, including the introduction of new technological operations and algorithms, is given. It is noted that the SHC Polygon turned out to be a successful solution for remote support of aircraft engine tests at the stands of Motor Sich JSC. It allows you to solve most of the problems identified in the operation of the equipment of test stands and hardware and software systems, and also provides modernization and refinement of algorithms without specialists visiting the site. The possibility of remote maintenance of the SHC is especially important in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and quarantine restrictions in Ukraine.

Subject. This article examines the impact of competition in the dairy industry on the formation of the regional milk processing market structure. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the risks and threats to the economic security of the region arising from the creation of competitive advantages by different types of dairy enterprises. The Saratov Oblast is considered as a case study. Methods. For the study, the neoclassical Structure–Conduct–Performance (SCP) paradigm is used, which is explained through the market positioning theory, resource-based view (RBV), and the transaction approach. Results. The article notes that a moderately concentrated structure of the milk processing market has been formed in the Saratov Oblast. There are two leading enterprises that are able to influence not only the less strong local processing factories and producers of raw milk, but also the Oblast's economic security. Conclusions. Leading dairy companies of the region, following industry leaders, are seeking to expand their competitive position in inter-regional markets. The needs of processors in raw milk constantly exceed the production capacity of dairy farming, and market power enables them to displace local processors from the market and contributes to the reduction of the number of market participants in the dairy industry. The consequences of these actions go beyond antitrust policy and relate to the broader regulation of agri-food markets.

Based on the interview survey data of the value-added activities, the value-added ratio, cost structure and profit distribution in various industry value chains of navel orange of China are analyzed. In order to increase the income of navel orange farmers and promote the industrial development, the optimization strategies are put forward from the high value-added circulation activities and vertical integration of industrial leading enterprises.

The article continues the description of the functioning of the typical regional information and communication system “Student and Labor” (SAL), begun by the authors in No. 8-2020 of the “Informatics and Education” journal. This system is aimed at identifying and developing university students who are creatively gifted in the field of science, techniques and technology in the process of their gradual involvement in real labor activity in cooperation with the leading enterprises in the region. The algorithm of functioning and the organizational structure of the “Student and Labor” system, informational, scientific, methodological and motivational aspects of interaction between students and enterprises on the basis of continuous measurement of the index of the prospects of interaction between a student and an enterprise are considered in detail. This index includes 10 components, the main of which is the creative index of research works / projects carried out by the student, taking into account the interests of the enterprise. In turn, the creative index is calculated on the basis of a multi-criteria assessment of a work / project according to 15 particular criteria. “Convolution” into scalar values of individual components and criteria of the index of the prospects of the student’s interaction with the enterprise and the creative index of the work / project is carried out in the most objective way using the so-called universal coefficients of importance.

Purpose. The purpose of the research is to analyze Ukraine and its enterprise’s methods of implementation of circular principles and business models to ensure their sustainable development. Design/methodology/approach. The study examines the hypothesis of the global need and high efficiency of changing the economic model from linear to circular at different levels, including the adaptation of circular business models at Ukrainian enterprises. To assess the essence, advantages, practical approaches, and examples of transformation by enterprises of the circular principles and business models, general scientific theoretical methods of scientific research (formalization, analysis, and synthesis, systematization, and explanation) are used. Findings. The hypothesis of the global need and high efficiency of changing the economic model from linear to circular at different levels, including the adaptation of circular business models at Ukrainian enterprises, is proven. The world experience and practice, first of all, European, are analyzed, and successful examples of their introduction by the leading enterprises are given. They confirmed that circular principles are helpful not only for ecology and the environment but also for enterprises and states’ economic efficiency. Practical implications. The results of this research show that taking into account the world experience and provided recommendations, in particular on “green procurement”, it is expedient for domestic enterprises to implement promptly circular business models for sustainable development and international competitiveness boosting, and for the state – to develop a clear strategy for transition to a circular economic model. For its effective implementation, it is necessary to consider three aspects: economic, environmental, and social, as well as possible risks. Originality/value. Considering current environmental and economic problems, the circular model was recognized as especially relevant for Ukraine today on its way to the E.U. This study highlights the essence, principles, prerequisites, and world experience of transition from a linear to a circular model of the economy and ways of sustainable development and competitiveness of domestic enterprises by adapting circular business models. The results are valuable for enterprises and countries in their transition to circularity, providing waste recovery and recycling, using renewable materials and reuse of products, prevention of pollution and depletion of resources, ensuring profitability and sustainable development.
