I read with interest the article by Paxson and Brown, "Post-Traumatic Anterior Hypopituitarism" (Pediatrics 57:893, June 1976). I find, as is usual in American articles, a mistake concerning a missed reference.1 I am afraid that American authors are affected by severe blindness for European bibliography!
I'd suggest the authors read Fontaine et al.1
