Frequency hopping sequences with low hit zone is significant for application in quasi synchronous multiple-access systems. In this paper, we obtained two constructions of optimal frequency hopping sequence sets with low hit zone based on interleaving techniques. The presented low hit zone frequency hopping sequence sets are with new and flexible parameters and large family size which can meet the needs of the practical applications. Moreover, all the sequences in the proposed sets are cyclically inequivalent. Some low hit zone frequency hopping sequence sets constructed in literatures are included in our family. The proposed frequency hopping sequence sets with low hit zone are contributed for quasi-synchronous frequency hopping multiple access system to reduce or eliminate multiple-access interference.

In wireless communication systems, frequency hopping (FH) spread spectrum and direct sequence spread spectrum are two main spread coding technologies. In this paper,by the Cartesian product, we construct one class of one-coincidence frequency-hopping sequence set. It is shown that this set has optimal balance property, optimal average periodic Hamming correlation properties and optimal average periodic partial Hamming correlation properties according to the bounds.

[In Bombay, 371 delinquent boys and girls were interviewed in order to study the various socioeconomic factors. In the majority of the cases, an adverse home environ ment played a major role. 45% of the boys and 50% of the girls had incurred loss of one or both the parents. Factors like poverty, large family size, nuclear family pattern and illiteracy had a great bearing in causing aberrant behaviour in these children. Involvement in sexual offences in the form of elopement and/or rape were observed in girls. In boys, stealing was a major reason for being in the observation home. 70% of the delinquents did not belong to proper Bombay. With rapid urbanisation, the problem of juvenile delinquency is bound to increase manifold in the next few decades}.
