Abstract Wieland-S12 has good cold working properties. Spring properties are higher than phosphor bronzes and stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) sensitivity is lower than that of copper-zinc alloys. Applications include connectors in the automobile industry. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, tensile properties, and bend strength. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, and joining. Filing Code: CU-723. Producer or source: Wieland Metals Inc., Wieland-Werke AG.

Abstract ANACONDA Alloy 220 is a copper-zinc alloy having good formability and good resistance to dezincification and stress-corrosion cracking. Among the binary brasses it holds a favored position where product appearance is an important factor; it possesses a rich and pleasing bronze color. Among its many applications are architectural trim, cosmetics containers, hardware, munitions and miscellaneous. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties. It also includes information on corrosion resistance as well as forming, heat treating, machining, and joining. Filing Code: Cu-411. Producer or source: Anaconda American Brass Company.
