The civil engineering construction is a very complicated production activities. So this is for the civil engineering construction project management have strict requirements. This paper from the quality control, schedule control, cost control three aspects of the civil engineering construction project management analysis. Quality control Construction quality is the foundation of project management work, is the basic requirement of the construction of the project. Have important influence on the quality of the whole construction quality of engineering quality control. Because the civil engineering construction comprises a plurality of procedures, quality control is usually divided in time for the preparation of construction quality control, the quality control of construction process and quality control of completion and acceptance of three stages.
