The relief valve is an important control and overload protection component of the emulsion pumping station. Its performance will affect the overall performance of the emulsion pumping station and the stable and intelligent control of the working surface. However, the research on high pressure and large flow relief valve for mine emulsion pumping station is still inadequate. In order to meet the requirements of emulsion pump station for large flow sensitivity, stability, reliability, and remote intelligent control of overflow valve, this paper uses the digital control method to establish the mathematical model of the relief valve and uses the software such as AMESim to its dynamic characteristics. The simulation results show that the structural parameters such as spool quality, damping hole, and spring stiffness have an effect on the working characteristics of the relief valve. It also provides reference for the intelligent control research of the large flow relief valve for the emulsion pumping station.

The optimization of heat sources in populated areas is associated with the optimization of their structure. The optimization problem is of linear discrete nature and is hard to formalize [1]. The aim of the optimization is to identify the types, sites and mix of equipment of the heat sources. Moreover, this optimization problem is closely related to the scheme and parameter optimization since the equipment mix of heat sources and their connection to existing (newly constructed) consumers determine the heat network configuration. The emerging new trends in the technological development of heating systems require a significant correction of stating and solving typical technical and economic problems to design these systems, which, in turn, predetermines the transition to a new level of their methodological support [2]. The paper proposes a mathematical formulation of the problem of optimal development of heat sources and considers a methodological approach to solving it, including effective load distribution between heat sources, and calculation of the optimal heat network configuration, given the minimum environmental impact of heat sources.

Based on ArcGIS,Multi-heat sources and multi-loops complex heating network is Modeled and simulated ,and a functional method is put forward, by using Geodatabase data model,it can creat relating matrix and basic loop matrix of heat network quickly, and calculate Hydraulic Regime of heating Network with the Basic Circuit. When pipe-bursting accident occur in heating Network, along with changes in the logical network model.also the entire calculation model is changed. This method is applied to the Study of Valve-shut off scheme after tube-burst accident ,the heating Influence of the accident can be quantitative analyzed , also the degree of influence is compared when tube-burst accident happen at different place.
