And ministrare is the same as the word to serve or to conduct which means "to serve", "help", or direct ". In English to administer also means "to manage", "maintain" (to look after), and "direct". So, the word "administration" can be interpreted as an activity or effort to help, serve, direct, or regulate all activities in achieving a goal. Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. The purpose of education administration is that all activities support the achievement of educational goals or in other words administration is used in the world of education so that educational goals are achieved.

Abstrak— The purpose of writing this article is intended to realize how important administration is in the world of education, especially for educators because in the field of education there must also be an administration capable of developing and coordinating to achieve educational goals and also so that the available resources can be arranged as well as possible, so that educational goals can achieved productively. The purpose of education administration is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of educational operational activities in achieving educational goals. As for the main objective of education is to develop the personality and ability of students to become citizens who have quality, in accordance with the ideals of the nation based on Pancasila. The writing method uses the study of literature that is gathering materials and studies relating to the administration of education, such as books, journals, articles, papers and other sources.
