Abstract Copper Alloy No. C93800 is a cast copper-tin-lead alloy (bronze). It is characterized by low strength, good machinability and good resistance to corrosion. Commercial names formerly used (not recommended) are (1) Anti-Acid Metal, (2) Ingot No. 319, (3) High-Leaded Tin Bronze and (4) 78-7-15. Its many applications include bearings, bushings, pump impellers and corrosion-resistant castings.
