Abstract Uranus 800 HT is a variant of a high chromium and nickel austenitic alloy that combines good corrosion and creep resistance. The alloy is solution annealed to produce a large grain size and remains stable, not being embrittled by the precipitation of sigma phase. Abstract UCI-190 (HP) material is a general-purpose alloy for use in steam-cracking tubes and fittings and reformer furnaces. HP alloy has carburization, oxidation, and creep resistance at temperatures up to 2000 F.
