AC Lacombe is a six-rowed feed barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) developed at Agriculture Canada, Lacombe Research Station from the cross Klondike/Galt/Unitan. It has plump kernels, high test weight, adequate lodging resistance, and good agronomic characteristics. Diamond is a six-rowed feed barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) developed at Agriculture Canada Research Station, Lacombe, Alberta, from the cross Galt/Unitan. It has large kernels and yields more than other cultivars in its maturity group.
