Summary Objectives: EHR systems are core applications in any eHealth/pHealth environment and represent basic services for health telematics platforms. Standards Developing Organizations as well as national programs define EHR architectures as well as related design, implementation, and deployment processes. Claiming to meet the challenge for semantic interoperability and to offer a sustainable pathway, the resulting documents and specifications are sometimes controversial and even inconsistent. Methods: Based on long-term experiences from national and international EHR projects, inputs from related academic groups, and active involvement at CEN, ISO, HL7, an analysis and evaluation study has been performed. Using the Generic Component Model (GCM) reference architecture, the characteristics for advanced and sustainable EHR architectures have been investigated. The dimensions of such an architectural reference model have been described, including basic principles of the underlying formal logical framework. Results: Strengths and weaknesses of the different standards, specifications, and approaches have been studied and summarized. Migration pathways for re-using and harmonizing the available materials as well as for formally defining standards development roadmaps can be derived. Conclusions: For providing interoperable and sustainable EHR systems, an EHR architecture reflecting all paradigms of the GCM is absolutely necessary. The resulting EHR solution represents a services architecture of distributed components. The development process shall be completely model-driven and tool-based with formalized specifications of all domains’ aspects.

Use of Business Models within Model Driven Architecture Model Driven Architecture is a framework dedicated for development of large and complex computer systems. It states and implements the principle of architectural separation of concerns. This means that a system can be modeled from three different but related to each other viewpoints. The viewpoint discussed in this paper is a Computation Independent one. MDA specification states that a model that shows a system from this viewpoint is a business model. Taking into account transformations foreseen by MDA, it should be useful for automation of software development processes. This paper discusses an essence of the Computation Independent Model (CIM) and the place of business models in the computation independent modeling. This paper considers four types of business models, namely, SBVR, BPMN, use cases and Topological Functioning Model (TFM). Business persons use SBVR to define business vocabularies and business rules of the existing and planned domains, BPMN to define business processes of both existing and planned domains, and use cases to define business requirements to the planned domain. The TFM is used to define functionality of both existing and planned domains. This paper discusses their capabilities to be used as complete CIMs with formally defined conformity between planned and existing domains.

Aziz Futsal merupakan salah satu tempat penyewaan lapangan futsal yang terdapat di kota Ternate, Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Aplikasi Sewa Lapangan Berbasis Web Pada Aziz Futsal Kota Ternate agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan mempermudah karyawan dalam mengelola data sewa. Metode Analisis dan Pengembangan Sistem menggunakan Model Driven Analisis Berorientasi Objek serta Pengembangannya menggunakan metode sekuensial linier (Waterfall), Sistem ini dirancang dengan Alat bantu UML (Unified Modeling Languange) dan dibuat menggunakan bahasa Pemrograman HTML, CSS, PHP serta database MySQL. Sistem ini dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam menyewa lapangan dan juga mempermudah karyawan dalam mengelolah data sewa lapangan.
