In order to maximize performance in all conditions of use, and to model exactly the performance of solar cells, it is very important to study the recombination parameters under different injection levels. In this paper, the recombination parameters and their effect on the output performance of solar cells are investigated under different injection levels for the full-area aluminum back surface field (Al-BSF) solar cell and passivated emitter and rear cell (PERC) solar cell for the first time. It is found that the recombination parameter J01 of the diffusion region and the recombination parameter J02 of the depletion region for the PERC solar cell are smaller than those of the Al-BSF solar cell under the same injection level. A new finding is that the recombination parameter J01 of Al-BSF solar cells increases quickly with the decreasing injection level compared with PERC solar cells. Finally, the J01/J02 of Al-BSF and PERC solar cells is investigated, and the effects of J01/J02 on the electrical parameters are also analyzed for Al-BSF and PERC solar cells under different injection levels. The obtained conclusions not only clarify the relationship between the recombination parameters and injection levels, but also help to improve cell processes and accurately model daily energy production.

In paper the calculus of the abnormal spectrums of photoconductivity in the field of fundamental passages of high-ohmic indium phosphide with an admixture of copper is reduced. The abnormal occurrence of additional extremes speaks a stratification of recombination parameter on depth of a sample

Some pancake and spherical type ionization chambers of various size have been designed and fabricated for absolute air kerma measurement in 60Co and 137Cs ?-ray fields at the Primary Standard Dosimetry Laboratory (PSDL), National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science & Technology (AIST), Tsukuba, Japan. Values of recombination parameters A and m2g of these ionization chambers are obtained using a method proposed by De Almeida and Niatel and adopted by Boutillon. For absolute air kerma measurement, it is important to obtain accurate signal currents by correcting it for ion losses using the values of A and m2g of each of the ionization chambers. It has been observed from the measurements that the recombination parameters for pancake ionization chamber are smaller than spherical ionization chambers and for spherical type ionization chamber recombination parameter values depend on the dimensions of the electrodes and also the size of the chambers. AbstractMethods of estimating two-locus sample probabilities under a neutral model are extended in several ways. Estimation of sample probabilities is described when the ancestral or derived status of each allele is specified. In addition, probabilities for two-locus diploid samples are provided. A method for using these two-locus probabilities to test whether an observed level of linkage disequilibrium is unusually large or small is described. In addition, properties of a maximum-likelihood estimator of the recombination parameter based on independent linked pairs of sites are obtained. A composite-likelihood estimator, for more than two linked sites, is also examined and found to work as well, or better, than other available ad hoc estimators. Linkage disequilibrium in the Xq28 and Xq25 region of humans is analyzed in a sample of Europeans (CEPH). The estimated recombination parameter is about five times smaller than one would expect under an equilibrium neutral model.
