          This study try to explain the description of the marketing mix activities, barriers and implications of marketing communication activities. The aim is to analyze the importance and impact of marketing in the business world by traders to attract consumers so that traders do not suffer losses. The research approach is qualitative with the case study method and uses interview techniques, field observations, and documentation. The main sources consist of traders and consumers who buy ceremony facilities who are directly involved in marketing communication activities. The results of this study explain that traders select and carry out elements in the marketing mix to carry out marketing communications, including products, prices, promotions, locations. The marketing mix that is carried out by traders provides exposure to target markets effectively which has an impact on consumer awareness by making repeat buyers. Barriers that occur in marketing communication activities consist of language disorders, physical problems, and technical problems. The implications that occur in communication activities experience positive and negative impacts including the ease of obtaining the need for ceremonial facilities positively, but negatively resulting in the fading of the cultural values ​​of the tablejitan tradition in ceremonial preparation activities because they prefer to buy rather than make.

Manusia yang dilahirkan ke dunia sebagai makhluk yang memiliki akal, budhi dan manah untuk menolong dirinya sendiri dari kesulitan-kesulitan yang di hadapi. Selain sebagai mahluk individu juga sebagai mahluk sosial, sehingga mereka harus hidup bersama-sama untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan tertentu. Tuhan telah menciptakan manusia dengan berlainan jenis kelamin, yaitu pria dan wanita yang masing-masing telah menyadari perannya masing-masing. Telah menjadi kodratnya sebagai mahluk sosial bahwa setiap pria dan wanita mempunyai naluri untuk saling mencintai dan saling membutuhkan dalam segala bidang. Sebagai tanda seseorang menginjak masa ini diawali dengan proses perkawinan. Dilombok perkawinan dilaksanakan dengan tradisi ngerorod. Pada pelaksanaan perkawinan ngerorod terjadi komunikasi interpersonal antar pelaku proses perkawinan tersebut.

E-Commerce merupakan salah satu perkembangan dari teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan fitur chat pada e-commerce yang digunakan PT Sanwell Austindo dalam membangun reputasi perusahaan sehingga kita dapat mengetahui peran fitur chat pada e-commerce yang berdampak bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme, metode studi kasus, pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari wawancara semistruktur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan fitur chat sebagai saluran komunikasi PT Sanwell Austindo dipilih karena adanya kebutuhan kecepatan respons dalam berkomunikasi dengan konsumen. Penggunaan fitur ini dinilai efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan dan dapat menimbulkan rasa kepercayaan. Kepuasan konsumen diutamakan karena merupakan dasar bagi reputasi perusahaan. Dalam strategi bisnisnya di masa yang akan datang, PT Sanwell Austindo menerapkan kepercayaan konsumen, inovasi, tanggungjawab sosial, bimbingan di internal perusahaan, dan melengkapi deskripsi produk pada pasar online agar lebih informatif.

Counseling communication in the Dharma Wacana and Dharma Tula programs is an educational program for Hindus in internalizing Hindu religious teachings that are sourced from the Vedic Scriptures. Dharma discourse is one of the communication tools for Hindus in conveying Vedic teachings to direct and solve all Hindu problems so that it becomes an effective Hindu counseling communication model. This study describes the process of counseling communication in the Dharma Wacana and Dharma Tula programs in Dusun Ngis, Narmada District. This type of qualitative descriptive research uses the expose facto method. The concept of dharma wacana and dharma tula as tools for education and to Hindus in Indonesia in the form of Hindu religious speeches in the Guidance and counseling program is a personal, interpersonal, and group approach. The program of dharma wacana and dharma tula in guidance and counseling-based communication methods does not only help individuals or groups of Hindus solve life problems, but its main purpose is to change religious thought patterns and behavior and strengthen the spiritual-religious dimension of Hindus. The value messages of Hindu teachings originating from the Wedas are implemented in religious life which is conveyed in the Dharma Wacana Program based on Guidance and Counseling in Ngis Hamlet, Narmada District, which is the object of study in this study. The author found that it is not uncommon for the resource person to provide answers to the listener's questions by using the counseling communication model in the Dharma Wacana and Dharma Tula programs. The communication model referred to mainly in the use of spoken language as a communication tool with a counseling character. This is because the activities of dharma discourse in which the use of spoken language is a determinant of the effectiveness of answering a problem presented by the listener.
