In this paper, we studied on spreading code for wireless communication, their performance analysis, applications and its implementation. Spread-spectrum systems have found important commercial applications in CDMA cellular networks and wireless personal communication networks. Implementation is complex, mainly because spreading the baseband (by a factor that can be several orders of magnitude) forces the electronics to act and react accordingly, which, in turn, makes the spreading and dispreading operation necessary. In spread spectrum the transmission signal bandwidth is much higher than the information bandwidth. The signal occupies a bandwidth much larger than what is necessary to send the information in spread spectrum technology. CDMA uses unique spreading codes to spread the baseband data before transmission data. The performance of a CDMA system gets controlled by two types of interference, namely ISI and MAI which are the function of auto and cross correlation values of the spreading codes respectively. The existing codes using Additive White Gaussian Noise channel under multi-user has been compared with the Bit Error Rate(BER) performance.

ABSTRACT Sexual crosses and somatic fusions were performed between complementing wall-less arg- mutant strains bearing chloroplast markers for resistance to antibiotics. The mode of chloroplast allele transmission was investigated in the diploid colonies developed from both vegetative zygotes and fusion products. Before mating or fusion, one or both of the parental strains were grown for 4 or 8 days on agar containing 5-fluorodeoxyuridine (FUdR, 0.1 to 1.0 mM), which selectively reduces the amount of chloroplast DNA in Chlamydomonas. When one parent was pregrown on FUdR, the frequency of vegetative zygotes transmitting chloroplast alleles of both parents (biparental or BP zygotes) decreased, the reduction being more drastic when the mt parent was treated. Transmission was mainly uniparental maternal (UPm) or paternal (UPp) depending on whether the mt- or the mt+ parent was pregrown for 8 days in the presence of 1 .OmM FUdR. Treatment of both parents led to a strong maternal transmission. In the experiments involving somatic fusion between parent 1 and parent 2(same or opposite mt), the ratio UP1/UP2, which was approximately equal to 1 in the control, decreased or increased according to whether the cells of parent 1 or 2 were pregrown on FUdR. In parallel, the frequency of BP fusion products always decreased. When both parental strains were treated with FUdR, the frequency of BP fusion products also decreased and the ratio UP,/cTP, was roughly equal to 1. The effect of FUdR can be interpreted in terms of reduction of the input frequencies of parental chloroplast genomes at the time of gametic or somatic cell fusion, the bias in favor of the maternal parent being operational only in sexual crosses.

Peridotite containing high crystal water is used as concrete aggregates in this research. The mineral composition and thermal stability of peridotite are experimentally analyzed, and the concrete mix proportion design is optimized. The neutron shielding performance of peridotite concrete specimens are tested using 241Am-Be neutron source. The transmission data of different thickness and different energy neutron are calculated. It concludes that peridotite concrete has a good performance in neutron shielding and peridotite is an excellent neutron shielding material.

Abstract Traditional detection method of data breakpoint in computer communication network has some disadvantages, such as time consuming, etc. Firstly, the data of computer transmission breakpoints are stored based on cloud framework, and the density distribution characteristics of the region are extracted according to the breakpoint data. Then the optimal data breakpoint detection path is selected. Finally, the similarity of each data breakpoint is detected by the computer, so that the detection of data breakpoints is realized by computer. After experiments, the data breakpoint detection is realized, the results show that the designed method can detect data breakpoints accurately, which is time-saving and has a certain significance of popularization.
