During the liver intervention surgery, the excellent doctor with the help of CT image need puncture the patient several times to find the correct tumor position. Thus, the pain increases for the patient. For the problem a low-cost auxiliary robot system with the help of virtual reality technology for liver invasion surgery is introduced. The auxiliary arm can indicate the punctuation path for doctor and the virtual reality system can find the difference between the planning path of simulation and actual indication path of robot. Then the error can be compensated by modifying and updating the simulation model. Thus the system based on virtual reality is more accuracy and more effective.

With the development of the digital workshop technology, the digital workshop monitoring system is becoming more and more demanding. Data management is a key technology in the design of digital workshop monitoring system. The simulation model of the workshop is established based on virtual reality platform software Visual Components in the paper. The data in the production field are sent by Labview software, and the receiver is programmed by C# and the received data are stored in database created by SQL Server2008. TCP/IP protocol is used to realize the transfer between sender and receiver. Three fault libraries are established to achieve fault warning in digital workshop monitoring system. An example of digital workshop monitoring system is shown to prove the feasibility.

Yarns were seen as having a concave-convex structure consisting of a main frame and a twisting according to their morphological structure and property. Simulation model of yarns was built by adopting the virtual reality technique and frame modeling method and texture mapping was used to enhance its trueness. With the surface algorithm NURBS and based on the twisting feature of yarns, the appearance model of yarns can be established by moving and rotating the section of yarns and fitting the control vertex obtained. The experiment shows that both the two methods realize the appearance simulation of yarns and meet the expected effect.
