Accurate time and budget is an essential estimate for planning software projects correctly. Quite often, the software projects fall into unrealistic estimates and the core reason generally owes to problems with the requirement analysis. For investigating such problems, risk has to identified and assessed at the requirement engineering phase only so that defects do not seep down to other software development phases. This article proposes a multi-criteria risk assessment model to compute risk at a requirement level by computing cumulative risk score based on a weighted score assigned to each criterion. The result of comparison with other approaches and experimentation shows that using this model it is possible to predict the risk at the early phase of software development life cycle with high accuracy.

Although Security is a non-functional requirement, it is a very essential requirement for software systems, to achieve secure software specification development for enterprises we need to find and fix vulnerabilities in the early phase of SDLC. For the successful achievement of secure software specification development in the software enterprise, the security of software application plays a very vital role. During the software development lifecycle, improper security can lead to thoughtful and serious consequences in any enterprise. In this paper, the case study approach is followed regarding the achievement of a secure web application, finding and fixing vulnerabilities in the early software development lifecycle, and applying the re-engineering process on a developed web application using the best security assessment model considering the literature review. Also, validation of the developed application is done with the help of Penetration testing.

<span>Over the last decade, software development has faced two approaches to Agile and global software development (GSD). While Agile development is focused on the reduction of software development overhead by reducing the distance between individuals and face-to-face communications, in global software development, the use of human power in various sites is considered. Despite their inherent differences, the combination of these two approaches has received considerable attention from researchers and software professionals. Meanwhile, the lack of a model or tool capable of assessing teams' adaptation to Agile methods seems to be a research gap. The current research aims to solve this challenge by proposing a model in this regard. Considering the major related factors and weighting them, this model allows software teams to assess the rate of their adaptation and success in global software development.</span>

This paper presents a new method for group decision-making to evaluate the rate of aggregative risk in a fuzzy environment using fuzzy sets theory during any phase of the life cycle. The proposed algorithm is easier and more efficient than the existing methods.
