The Blue Eyes technology aims at creating computational machines that have perceptual and sensory ability like those of human beings. It uses non-obtrusive sensing method, employing most modern video cameras and microphones to identify the user’s actions through the use of imparted sensory abilities. The machine can understand what a user wants, where he is looking at, and even realize his physical or emotional states. The Blue Eyes Technology developed is intended to be a complex solution for monitoring and recording the operator’s conscious brain involvement as well as his/her physiological condition. This shows yet another development in the field of Brain Computer Interface. The basic idea behind this technology is to give the computer the human power. We all have some perceptual abilities. That is we can understand each other’s feelings. For example we can understand one’s emotional state by analysing his facial expression. If we add these perceptual abilities of human to computers would enable computers to work together with human beings as intimate partners. The “BLUE EYES” technology aims at creating computational machines that have perceptual and sensory ability like those of human beings. This paper discusses the concept of blue eyes technology.

Smart Farming and Surveillance using a Multipurpose Robot and Machine Learning

Agriculture is the procedure of producing food, feed, fiber, and many other favored merchandise by cultivating favorable vegetation and raising farm animals. The exercise of agriculture is also referred to as farming. However, there are a few challenges in raising agricultural productiveness in line with the unit of land, reducing rural poverty through a socially inclusive strategy that contains each agriculture in addition to non-farm employment, ensuring that agricultural boom responds to food security wishes. Nowadays, the advancement in ingenious farming techniques is progressively enhancing the crop yield making it greater worthwhile and reduce irrigation wastages. The proposed system is to layout and increases an autonomous vehicle that can carry out various agricultural activities inclusive of digging, sowing seeds, pumping insecticides, cutting undesirable grass within the discipline, etc. The farming land is autonomously irrigated with sufficient water with the help of moisture sensors within the land. The autonomous robot's general operation and the irrigation gadget are monitored and maintained using Machine Learning (ML) algorithms. The overall operation and records are measured via the sensors are stored in the cloud for device gaining knowledge of (ML) algorithm and future references. Thereby, it increases the machine's overall performance accuracy and reduces the human power and saves the time required to cultivate the farmland

<p><em><strong>Cooking Machine Application of Ginger Drink (Zingiber officinale) with Automatic Stirrer at UKM Polanmadu</strong></em>. The trend of instant spice drinks that function to maintain the body’s immunity is growing rapidly in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Ginger, which is a spice with various benefits, has made many Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) industry players take advantage of this potential. One of them is the instant spice drink SME industry player "Polanmadu" which produces natural instant spice drinks. The processing of instant spice drinks is still done conventionally, making Polanmadu SMEs unable to reach consumer demands. The purpose of these activities was to the introduction of appropriate technology in the production of instant spice drinks to produce products with more guaranteed quality and able to generate additional income for partners. The application of the cooking machine is useful so that the stirring process which has been going on for 3 hours conventionally using human power is replaced with electric power so that it is more efficient and profitable. The implementation begins with identification, planning, assembling tools, testing tools, and introducing tools to the spice instant drink production unit. The result showed that the introduction of a spice instant drink cooking machine can produce 20% more crystal ginger extract, automatic stirring while at the same time speeding up the formation of crystals from 3 hours to 2.5 hours, and the product crystal size is more homogenous and an increase in profit of Rp906,000-/day. Overall, the introduction of this spice-cooking machine makes the productivity of SMEs for instant spice drinks increase in quality and quantity.</p>

The Indian Lessons to be Learnt from COVID-19 Pandemic

Emerging pandemics indicate that people are not infallible and that communities need to be prepared. Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak was first identified in late 2019, and has now been declared a World Health Organization pandemic. Countries around the world are reacting to the virus outbreak differently. On the other hand, several other nations have put in place successful measures to control the virus, reporting a relatively limited number of cases since the pandemics started. Restrictive steps such as social distancing, lockdown, case identification, isolation, touch monitoring and exposure quarantine had shown the most effective acts to monitor the spread of the disease. This review will help readers understand that this invisible and ‘omnipresent’ virus has taught a lesson for the first time in human history that whatever human power might have, it could not subjugate every living being in this world. This has been confirmed once again by the recent invasion of this human virus. Difference in the answers of the different countries and their outcomes, based on that country's experience, India responded accordingly to the pandemic. Only time will tell how well India comes up against the outbreak. We also propose the potential approaches the global community will take in handling and minimizing the emergency.

An analysis of Human Development Index and Economic Growth. A case study of Pakistan.

Economic growth is an important factor in the economic development of a country. There are some factors that can increase economic growth namely human development. The level of human development in a country array in the value of the Human Development Index (HDI). The growth rate of a country appears in the value of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per Capita. The influence of human power resources is shown in the value of HDI which is able to influence the level of economic growth in the value of its GDP. This study will examine the effect of HDI on economic growth in Pakistan during the period 1980-2018 against its economic growth in its GDP per capita. The result of this research indicates that each country has a strong and significant correlation between HDI and GDP. It is concluded that the level of HDI can affect the GDP per capita. Economic growth makes it possible to reach a high level of human development, on the one hand, increasing levels of human development leading to increase opportunities for economic growth. The causal relationship between economic growth and human development becomes a mutually influential relationship. So it is clear that the human development in the country relates to an influence of economic growth which is seen in per capita income (GDP per capita) which can be an indicator of welfare in the country.

Penerapan Teknologi Alat Kristalisasi Dalam Upaya Pengolahan Produk Dalam Pangan Serbuk Herbal Instan di Kelurahan Kereng Bangkirai

One of the ginger rhizome processing technologies is by making instant drink powder. Instant drinks food processed products in powder, practical in presenting and have long-saving power and easily dissolved in hot, cold and warm water. However, making ginger powder is done manually using human power in stirring ginger water until it becomes a powder for a long time, causing the moving process to be unstable. Therefore, the crystallizer tool is designed to help the manual stirring process increase the quality of instant ginger powder products. In Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya City, the community service activities were carried out in lectures/socialization/counseling, demonstration tools, leaflet distribution, pre-test / post-test evaluations, and feedback. Through this, community service can convey scientific information for the community so that two-way communication is established between the source person and participants of the activity, especially mothers in Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya City, to remain productive independent in increasing the economy of the family business. In addition, it can also be one of the business opportunities in individuals and groups involved in UMKM, which can later be packaged with attractive. Namun, proses pembuatan serbuk jahe yang dilakukan secara manual menggunakan tenaga manusia dalam mengaduk air jahe sampai menjadi serbuk dalam waktu cukup lama sehingga menyebabkan proses pengadukan menjadi tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, dirancang alat kristalizer untuk membantu proses pengadukan manual sehingga kualitas produk serbuk jahe instan dapat meningkat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kereng Bangkirai Kota Palangka Raya ini dalam bentuk ceramah/sosialisasi/penyuluhan, demontrasi alat, pembagian leaflet, evaluasi pre-test/pos-test dan umpan balik. Design and implementation of a diagnostic system for measuring high-precision reducers

At present, the industry is in a phase where there is an effort to maximize the automation of production processes. In many places, human power is being replaced by automated machines and industrial robots. Automation makes it possible to increase work efficiency, significantly reduce production costs and also increase the quality of the final product. A precondition for increasing the quality of production is to achieve high accuracy of specialized machines and industrial robots, resp. the accuracy of positioning of individual parts. Due to the drive system and the achieved speed, the gear unit includes a gearbox. Reducers used in robotic joints are the most complex subsystems of robots. For very precise applications, the designers will reach for the so-called backlash-free reducers for their characteristic properties (minimum values of backlash in teeth, angular transmission errors, hysteresis and others). Despite many positive properties, high-precision reducers also show their characteristic nonlinearities, which influence the behavior of the whole system and it is so important to know their behavior. Given these facts, this article deals with the design and implementation of mechatronic diagnostic equipment for the identification of nonlinearities, static and dynamic parameters, vibrodiagnostic measurements and measurements of the efficiency of bearing reducers.
