Due to the fierce competition in the passenger market and the problem of low transportation capacity and seating rate in off-season, it is necessary for the railway station to carry out market-oriented revenue management and reasonable application of dynamic price control method, especially for the high-speed railway targeted at the high price and high quality of service. Combined with the practical operation situation of high-speed railway, the paper mainly puts forward the dichotomy method and implement step of dynamic price control and selling strategies with a limitation, considering the share of train all operation costs including the acquisition of train, aiming at providing certain suggestions for the operation management in high-speed railway.
