The development of transportation infrastructure construction is playing an important role in promoting the development of economy. We aimed at the adaptability between transportation infrastructure construction and economic development, and established an evaluating indicator set between urban transportation infrastructure construction and economic development. Meanwhile, on the base of the thought of system evolution, we constructed the evaluation model between the two, and quoted the related date of Xinjiang from 2000 to 2011 in empirical analysis, so that it is able to provide the useful reference to the healthy and rapid development of economy in a degree.

Object-oriented programming offers a natural approach to solving complex problems by focusing on individual aspects, or objects, and describing the ways in which they interact using interfaces. Modularity, extensibility, and code re-use often make OOP more appealing than its procedural counterpart. Code can be implemented in a more intuitive way and often mirrors the theory it derives from. Two examples are given in the form of real programs: a 3D panel code solver and a system-of-systems model for seabasing and environment sensing. Both are examples of large-scale frameworks and leverage the benefits offered by the object-oriented paradigm.
