The aim of the article is to study the universal functions of conversion of thermal contact electromagnetic Converter (TCEC) with samples of weakly ferromagnetic liquids in a transverse magnetic field. The  technique  used  for  the  study  three-parameter  electromagnetic  method  of measuring control samples parameters low-ferromagnetic liquids when applying the thermal TECP.
