Integer programming is a tool for solving some combinatorial optimization problems. In this paper, we deal with combinatorial optimization problems on finite topologies. We use the binary representation of the sets to characterize finite topologies as the solutions of a Boolean quadratic system. This system is used as a basic model for formulating other types of topologies (e.g. door topology and $T_0$-topology) and some combinatorial optimization problems on finite topologies. As an example of the proposed model, we found that the smallest number $m(k)$ for which the topology exists on an $m(k)$-elements set containing exactly $k$ open sets, for $k = 8$ and $k = 15$ is $3$ and $5$, respectively.

This paper based on the problem that mostly commonly encountered in practice is the particular dimension square stack of goods need to put on the certain height restriction ,or certain volume carriage containers. Pursuit the object arrangement programmes which can allow to put as much as possible goods in the certain volume. That is make the maximizing space utilization rate goal comes true. This article describes a process which uses of the simple idea to establish a effective mathematic method for the optimization problems, with view to give effective help to the staff.

Mathematical modeling in optimization problems of management of urban passenger transport in large cities is considered. The simulation of route of transportation network of large cities is determined by a relatively large number of their specific and individual properties which, in the process of their functioning, become more complex and interdependent ones. Algorithm of rational route network taking into account annular and circular routes in the schemes of organization of urban passenger transport is proposed.
