Currently, bored pile been widely applied in the current road and bridge construction, But its construction technology in complex geological case is still not perfect. In view of this, this paper carried out a high-speed Lakes viaduct extraordinary pile foundation construction project. For the analysis of the technical difficulties in the construction process, explore get the corresponding key construction technology, and it relates to the accident and its approach are summarized, study drew long pile construction technology Lakes geological conditions under soft silt and clay, solve the long holes bored pile into the lake silt soft clay under geological conditions, verticality control and other technical problems, can provide reference for similar projects.

One of the common methods used to install pile foundation is hydraulic jacked-in machine. In this method, a pile is pushed down into the ground up to the predetermined depth. The method has similar principle to that of Cone Penetration Test (CPT). This paper presents the correlation between the mobilize pressure required to install pile foundations and that required to push the bi-cones that attached at the tip of CPT rod. The results show that the penetration pressure required to install the pile into very soft clay layer is independent of pile diameter. The penetration pressure required to install the pile into soft to stiff clay layers depends on the pile diameter. The larger the diameter of piles, the smaller the penetration pressures required. The penetration pressure required to install the pile into stiff expansive clay layer beyond the depth of active zone can be predicted as high as the pressure calculated form CPT.

Bridge pier moving is not a popular problem in soft clay ground section of highway but this problem is found in parts of bridge piers in Leqing section of NING-TAI-WEN expressway, which is used plastic drain bar to deal with the soft clay ground. By monitoring the bridge pier displacement and the data getting from observation of subgrade settlement this paper establishes the relation curve of subgrade settlement and bridge pier displacement and, by analyzing the characters of soft clay ground and the force acting on pile foundation, gets the reasons and presents suggestions to solve the problem.

To further verify the feasibility of theoretic calculation, according to similarity theory, the principles and methods of pile foundation-soil interaction in saturated soft clay are determined. It studies acceleration interaction of each test point on the soil surface under the same largest shock force with different frequency on the top of the pile. The results of experiment show that the acceleration interaction trend of each point changes with the change of shock frequency, it shapes like a down N with the shock frequency of 5Hz, like an M with the shock frequency of 10Hz, like a down V under the shock frequency of 15Hz~30Hz. With the shock frequency of 40Hz and 50Hz, it likes a plane curve (hyperbolic curve) shape.

Pile foundation design has gradually used the super-long pile structure form with the port and offshore engineering construction developing towards to the direction of large-scale, deepwater, and coast geological becomes more complex, bearing stratum becomes more deeper. PHC pile is the first choice of pile foundation design form, just because it has many advantages. The former researches of pile vertical load mainly on limit bearing capacity, the calculation is reasonable for short pile and middle long pile, however, it is not reasonable for super-long pile, pile body side and tip resistance can not reach the limit when structure is to limit. This paper puts forward the calculation model of super-long PHC pile vertical load in soft clay based on vertical load mechanism analysis and experimental research on the foundation pile, and the calculated and test value coincide preferably.
