The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C26H28O6·2CH3OH, contains two independent methyl 6-O-trityl-α-D-glucopyranoside molecules and four methanol solvent molecules. The rings of two methyl α-D-glucopyranoside adopt chair conformations. In the crystal, extensive intra- and intermolecular O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the molecules into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C18H16N6Se·0.5CH3OH, contains two independent molecules of bis[3-methyl-5-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl] selenide with similar C—Se—C bond angles [99.30 (14) and 98.26 (13)°], and a methanol molecule of solvation. In one molecule, the dihedral angles between pyrazole and neighbouring pyridine rings are 18.3 (2) and 15.8 (2)°, and the corresponding angles in the other molecule are 13.5 (2) and 8.3 (2)°. In the crystal, the selenide and solvent molecules are linked by classical O—H...N and N—H...N hydrogen bonds, as well as by weak C—H...O and C—H...π interactions, forming a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C44H44N2O6, contains two independent molecules with similar conformations. The dihydronaphthalene ring systems are approximately planar [maximum deviations = 0.036 (2), 0.128 (2), 0.0.24 (2) and 0.075 (2) Å]. The dihedral angle between two dihydronaphthalene ring systems is 83.37 (4)° in one molecule and 88.99 (4)° in the other. The carbonyl O atom is linked with the adjacent hydroxy and imino groupsviaintramolecular O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In the crystal, molecules are linked through O—H...O hydrogen bonds into layers parallel to (001), and adjacent layers are further stacked by π–π interactions between dihydronaphthalene and phenyl rings into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture. In the crystal, one of the isopropyl groups is disordered over two positions with an occupancy ratio of 0.684 (8):0.316 (8).

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C6H5N3O, consists of discrete molecules of 9-deazahypoxanthine [systematic name: 3H-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one]. The structure displays N—H...O hydrogen bonding, connecting the molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. These dimers are then connected by N—H...N hydrogen bonds into a ladder-like chain along thecaxis. The secondary structure is stabilized by weak noncovalent contacts of the C—H...O and C—H...C types, as well as by π–π stacking interactions, which organize the structure into a zigzag architecture.

In both, the indole ring systems are approximately perpendicular to each other, at dihedral angles of 69.3 (5) and 82.8(4)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture. The solvent ethanol molecule acts as a donor, forming an O—H...O hydrogen bond, reinforcing the structure.

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C18H15N63+·3Cl−·2.5H2O, contains two independent (1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triyl)tripyridinium cations. Both cations are approximately planar, the r.m.s. deviations of fitted non-H atoms being 0.045 and 0.051 Å. In the crystal, extensive O—H...Cl, O—H...O, N—H...Cl and N—H...O hydrogen bonds and weak C—H...Cl and C—H...O interactions link the organic cations, Cl−anions and water molecules into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture. π–π stacking between the pyridine rings of adjacent cations is also observed, the centroid-to-centroid distance being 3.7578 (8) Å.

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C10H8N2·C8H6O4, consists of one half-molecule of each moiety, 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) and terephthalic acid (bdc), both being located on crystallographic inversion centers. They are linked together via strong intermolecular O—H...N hydrogen bonds, forming infinite chains propagating along [1-21]. The chains are further connected through C—H...O interactions giving sheets in (012). The sheets are linked via π–π interactions between the bpy rings and the bdc–bpy rings [centroid–centroid distances = 3.690 (2) and 3.869 (2) Å], resulting in the formation of a three-dimensional supramolecular layer-like structure.
