BACKGROUND: The modern Internet of Things (IoT) makes small devices that can sense, process, interact, connect devices, and other sensors ready to understand the environment. IoT technologies and intelligent health apps have multiplied. The main challenges in the sports environment are playing without injuries and healthily. OBJECTIVE: In this paper the Internet of Things-based Smart Wearable System (IoT-SWS) is introduced for monitoring sports person activity to improve sports person health and performance in a healthy way. METHOD: Wearable systems are commonly used to capture individual sports details on a real-time basis. Collecting data from wearable devices and IoT technologies can help organizations learn how to optimize in-game strategies, identify opponents’ vulnerabilities, and make smarter draft choices and trading decisions for a sportsperson. RESULTS: The experimental result shows that IoT-SWS achieve the highest accuracy of 98.22% and efficient in predicting the sports person’s health to improve sports person performance reliably.

Agriculture is the main source that meets the food demand of living beings. The growth of a nation is predicted from the outcome of its Agricultural contribution. Population explosion, Climate change and poor environmental factors decreases the agriculture yield gradually. Smart Agriculture is the only solution to these challenges as it is focused on the modernization of existing agricultural methods. This can be implemented by adopting Internet of Things (IoT) in agriculture. Smart Agriculture focuses on data collection from various sensors such as Temperature, Humidity, Soil Moisture, Soil pH, and Soil Nitrogen. The main objective of this paper is to monitor the aforementioned factors that directly influence the growth of crops. The collected data from the farm lands are stored in a cloud database for analytics and predictive actions. Smart Agriculture provides a mechanism for efficient observation, measurement and response to changes in environment. It provides better water irrigation, appropriate fertilizers management and efficient soil nutrition and directly influence the productivity. It is also used to enhance quality and profitability in agriculture by using minimum resources with less environment pollution.

The world has improving with lot of people utilities for living case. In this development technologies make the purpose of surviving easier. Internet of things is the inter-connecting technology used to pass the data to the required people via physical devices which are embedded with the software’s, sensors, electronics etc. IoT lift up smart cities, transportation, industries with new innovations for the development. The proposed system is done in transport sector to effectively manage the vacant seats particularly on travel buses. The vacant seats may happen due to last minute cancellation, the passengers who missed bus, or the passengers who doesn’t cancel their ticket even after they decide not to travel. In present situation, the seat allocation for the travelers is mostly done through online but when it comes to the vacant seats, the ticket checker has to allocate it manually. The system purpose is to verify whether all booked seats are occupied or not using sensors, and it automatically sends the signal to centralized server and make enable that particular seat for fresh booking. So that, the passengers who planned for travel by last minute can able to book ticket through online from the upcoming boarding stations.
