The authors point out that many production facilities operate outdated management systems that require updating. It is also necessary to equip new production buildings with already updated systems to increase the safety and durability of ventilation systems. The lack of modern and high-quality methods of ventilation of industrial premises directly affects the health of production personnel, the deterioration of which directly affects the quality of products. In addition, by integrating the data collection and dispatching system, the automation process is made cheaper, and the maintenance of the equipment included in the technological process is facilitated. However, due to the principle of multilevel system organization, maintenance and supervision system of ventilation of the building can manage employees of different skill levels, allowing more experienced employees to focus their energy and attention on other tasks, and less-skilled employees; this system provides the opportunity to improve their level of knowledge. In the article, which is part of the author’s research on the development of a building dispatching system, presents an analysis of the data collection system and dispatching the ventilation system of an industrial building. The system elements and functions performed by this system are described. The principles of construction, operation and maintenance are also described. Special attention is paid to the program screens, both main and working. The functionality of the integrated system is described, with a comprehensive explanation of all the subtleties of the system.
