Dynamics of a human‐modified tropical peat swamp forest revealed by repeat lidar surveys

ABSTRACT We report here the draft genome sequences of a bacterial isolate, Dyella sp. strain C11, which was isolated from a Malaysian tropical peat swamp forest. The putative genes for the biogeochemical processes were annotated, and the genome was deposited in an online database.
