Volcano represent channel of systems fluid (lava), which has a depth up to 10 km from the earth surface. One ofthe active volcanoes is Mount Rinjani which recorded the eruption was 9 times from 1846 to 1994. The result ofthe eruption of Mount Rinjani is pyroclastic rocks dominated by pumice, which accumulated at lot of areas ofresearch that will be determined by the density value calculation method. The resulting rock density values canbe used to see the spread of the volcanic eruption material with simulation software based on data Hazmaperuption in 1994. The result of this research is the density of pumice and simulated the spread of the eruption ofMount Rinjani 1994. The density of pumice is about 693 kg/m3 and deployment simulation shows the distributionof the eruption of Rinjani to the diameter size of the fine dust (<1/16 mm) spread towards the Northwest (NorthLombok) with total mass about 6,38x109 kg and diameter size of lapilli (2-10) mm spread around the center ofthe eruption (Mount Rinjani) with total mass about 5, 16x109 kg.

Before Islamic Calendar begins, Muslims were used to wait for the earliest visible crescent (hilâl), which marks the beginning of Ramadan. The determination of the beginning of Ramadan is based on the rukyat al-hilâl hadith. Because the hilâl visibility on the earth surface is not the same, it results the differences on the beginning of Ramadan fasting. In addition, the sighting hilâl method can only determine the next 29 days, it cannot reach for the next month and even for the next year. These are the main reasons for re-interpretation of the rukyat al-hilâl hadith from global perspective. From this study, it is found that the context in the Qur’an, related to the Ramadan fasting, is fasting in one full month, 29 or 30 days, according to the duration of the lunar synodic cycle. However, the condition of the people and the science at that time has not developed yet, which is the cause of calculation (h}isâb) verses in the Qur’an cannot be used. When they have developed, the calculation verses in the Qur’an can be used to determine the number of days in a calendar month. This will produce a global calendar for mankind.

A contemporary perspective of geoid structureThe present paper reviews the contemporary state of definition and theory of the geoid. Key features are:quasigeoid, external gravitational field from satellites and its analytical downward continuation to the Earth's interior, data combination by least-squares collocation, and a new view of gravity reduction. This is done under the modern systematic perspective provided by the possibility of a purely geometric satellite determination of the Earth' surface by GPS combined with satellite altimetry.

In the considering problem usual tasks of designing ground dams (evaluation of filter strength, compressibility and ground permeability) are overlaid by new tasks, that have never touched upon earlier, that provide reliability of earth dams under extreme conditions and that are exposed by new additional forces such as intensive deformation and curvature of base. Here are dependences allowing determination of accepted values of earth surface deformation of ground dams on undermined territories. Using this methodology, you can compute required constructively technologic protection measures. Solution of such problems as predicting behavior and degree of reliability from external influence of a dam at given expected deformations, - can be brought into action. Prediction of conventional dams reliability may been carried out without underworking.
