Iterative methods particularly the Two-Parameter Alternating Group Explicit (TAGE) methods are used to solve system of linear equations generated from the discretization of two-point fuzzy boundary value problems (FBVPs). The formulation and implementation of the TAGE method are also presented. Then numerical experiments are carried out onto two example problems to verify the effectiveness of the method. The results show that TAGE method is superior compared to GS method in the aspect of number of iterations, execution time, and Hausdorff distance.

This paper is concerned with a high-order numerical scheme for nonlinear systems of second-order boundary value problems (BVPs). First, by utilizing quasi-Newton’s method (QNM), the nonlinear system can be transformed into linear ones. Based on the standard Lobatto orthogonal polynomials, we introduce a high-order Lobatto reproducing kernel method (LRKM) to solve these linear equations. Numerical experiments are performed to investigate the reliability and efficiency of the presented method.

In this paper, the collocation method is considered to solve the nonhomogeneous  for fourth order fuzzy boundary value problems, In which the fuzziness appeared together in the boundary conditions and in the nonhomogeneous term of the differential equation. The method of solution depends on transforming the fuzzy problem to equivalent crisp problems using the concept of α-level sets.
