The paper deals with the Indian species of Tropobracon Cameron (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Braconinae). Two new species, namely, Tropobracon hayati Haider sp. nov. and Tropobracon shafeei Haider sp. nov., are described, while Tropobracon comorensis Achterberg and Tropobracon infuscatus Achterberg are reported for the first time from India. Material pertaining to T. luteus Cameron are also recorded and a key to the Indian species is given.

Two taxa of Amomum (Zingiberaceae), Amomum erythranthum and Amomum ampliflorum, from Putao, Kachin State of Northern Myanmar are described and illustrated as new to science. Amomum erythranthum is morphologically similar to A. subulatum and A. nimkeyense in having similar yellow flowers, but can be distinguished by its reddish floral tube, red anther connective, red and pubescent fruit. Amomum ampliflorum is similar to A. maximum, A. dealbatum and A. odontocarpum in white flower, but differs in its longer inflorescence and much larger flower. Two species, Amomum pauciflorum and Wurfbainia microcarpum are recorded for the flora of Myanmar for the first time. Data on ecology, phenology, distribution, conservation status, similarities to the related taxa, as well as colour photographs and line drawings of the type, and voucher specimens are provided for all reported taxa.

Two new species, Cheiroseius rajasthanicus and C. ovalis collected from the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, are described and illustrated in this work along with their affinities. Two new species of genus Bactrocera Macquart, namely B. (Sinodacus) brevipunctata David and Hancock, sp. nov. and B. (Bactrocera) furcata David and Hancock, sp. nov., are described from India. B. Six species, including two new species, of the spider genus Plator Simon 1880 belonging to the family Trochanteriidae from China are reviewed, which are Plator bowo sp. nov., P. insolens Simon 1880, P. pandeae Tikader 1969, P. pennatus Platnick, 1976, P. sinicus Zhu & Wang 1963 (revalidated) and P. yunlong sp. nov. The male of P. pennatus is described for the first time. Two species groups, Plator insolens group (including P. insolens, P. sinicus and the Japanese species P. nipponicus Kishida 1914) and Plator pennatus group (including P. bowo sp. nov., P. insolens, P. pandeae, P. pennatus and an Indian species, P. indicus Simon 1897) are recognized.

The Indian species of Closterocerus Westwood, 1833 (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea: Eulophidae: Entedoninae) are reviewed; eight species are included of which two are described as new: C. pakyongensis sp. nov. and C. junubi sp. nov. One species: C. longiscapus (Bouček, 1986), is recorded from Uttar Pradesh for the first time. An identification key to species occurring in India is also given.

Two new species of Psammoecus Latreille, 1829 from Australia are described: Psammoecus australis sp. nov. and P. venustus sp. nov. A taxonomic revision and diagnoses for other Australian species are provided. Psammoecus obesus Grouvelle, 1919 is recorded from Australia for the first time. Two new synonyms are discovered: Psammoecus t-notatus Blackburn, 1908 = P. amoenus Grouvelle, 1912 syn. nov.; Psammoecus vittifer Blackburn, 1903 = P. concolor Grouvelle, 1919 syn. nov. A lectotype is designated for Psammoecus concolor Grouvelle, 1919.

Spiders of the genus Clubiona Latreille, 1804 from Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, China are studied. A total of 47 species is reported and illustrated, including 14 new species and two new synonyms. Twelve of the new species belong to four species groups: C. dengpao Yu & Li, sp. nov., C. subdidentata Yu & Li, sp. nov., C. tixing Yu & Li, sp. nov., C. xiaoci Yu & Li, sp. nov., C. xiaokong Yu & Li, sp. nov., C. yejiei Yu & Li, sp. nov., C. zhaoi Yu & Li, sp. nov. and C. zhigangi Yu & Li, sp. nov. from the C. corticalis group; C. mii Yu & Li, sp. nov. and C. subtongi Yu & Li, sp. nov. from the C. ternatensis group; C. banna Yu & Li, sp. nov. from the C. filicata group; and C. menglun Yu & Li, sp. nov. from the C. trivialis group. The remaining two new species, C. shuangsi Yu & Li, sp. nov. and C. wangchengi Yu & Li, sp. nov., are not readily assignable to any of the existing species groups. The female of C. cochlearis Yu & Li, 2019, the female of C. tiane Yu & Li, 2019, the female of C. bicornis Yu & Li, 2019, the male of C. lala Jäger & Dankittipakul, 2010 and the true female of C. suthepica Dankittipakul, 2008 are described for the first time. Two new synonyms are: C. vukomi Jäger & Dankittipakul, 2010 syn. nov. = C. circulata Zhang & Yin, 1998; C. melanothele Thorell, 1895 syn. nov. = Clubiona melanosticta Thorell, 1890. A checklist of Clubiona species from Xishuangbanna is provided. The DNA barcodes of almost all of the species were obtained for species delimitation, matching of sexes and future use.

Sabellidae is the second most diverse polychaete family in the Adriatic Sea, after Syllidae. Herein we report the updated list of the Sabellidae and Fabriciidae families in the Adriatic Sea deriving both from literature data and presently conducted researches in the northern Adriatic. During these researches polychaetes were sampled from three offshore soft-bottom and three coastal rocky shore stations. Among the analysed material three Sabellidae species are new records for the Adriatic fauna, while four Sabellidae and one Fabriciidae species were recorded for the first time in the northern part. Two new species were found and described: Amphicorina rovignensis spec. nov. and Megalomma pseudogesae spec. nov. These findings increase the number of Sabellidae taxa recorded in the northern Adriatic from 29 to 38. Our results point out the lack of the recent taxonomic studies in the area, but might also indicate the widening of the species areal. Taking into consideration that studies on only six stations raised the number of known sabellid taxa from the area by 31%, our results support the need for the regular taxonomic updating of the polychaete fauna in the northern Adriatic.

Elongationa gen. nov., a new leafhopper genus (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Ledrinae) with one new species, E. hyalina sp. nov., is described and illustrated in detail. A checklist and key to species in the genus Midoria are provided including a new species, Midoria curvidentata sp. nov., described in this paper.
