The second assessment of the threat status of Estonian lichens based on IUCN system was performed in 2019. The main basis for choosing the species to be currently assessed was the list of legally protected lichens and the list of species assigned to the Red List Categories RE–DD in 2008. Species that had been assessed as Least Concern (LC) in 2008 were not evaluated. Altogether, threat status of 229 lichen species was assessed, among them 181 were assigned to the threatened categories (CR, EN, VU), while no species were assigned to the LC category. Compared to the previous red list, category was deteriorated for 58% and remained the same for 32% of species. In Estonia, threatened lichens inhabit mainly forests (particularly dry boreal and nemoral deciduous stands), alvar grasslands, sand dunes and various saxicolous habitats. Therefore, the most frequent threat factors were forest cutting and overgrowing of alvars and dunes (main threat factor for 96 and 70 species, respectfully).   Eesti samblike punane nimestik 2019 2019. aastal viidi läbi teistkordne IUCN süsteemil põhinev Eesti samblike ohustatuse hindamine. Hinnati liike, mis on riiklikult kaitstud ning liike, mis 2008. aasta hindamise järgi olid Eestis kas regionaalselt välja surnud, kriitilises seisundis, väljasuremisohus, ohualtid, ohulähedased või puuduliku andmestikuga (kategooriad RE–DD). 2008. a-l kategooriasse Soodsas seisundis (LC) kuulunud liike ei kaasatud uude hindamisse. Kokku hinnati 229 samblikuliigi ohustatust, nendest 181 kuulusid ohustatud kategooriatesse (CR, EN või VU); ükski hinnatud liik ei sobinud kategooriasse LC. Võrreldes eelmise punase nimestikuga tõusis kategooria 58% liikidel ning jäi samaks 32%-l. Ohustatud samblikuliigid asustavad Eestis peamiselt metsi (eriti palu- ja salumetsi), loopealseid, liivikuid ning erinevaid kivi-kasvupindu. Seetõttu on sagedasemad ohutegurid metsaraie ning loodude ja liivikute kinnikasvamine (oluline tegur vastavalt 96 ja 70 liigile).

The first regional list of threatened lichens and allied fungi is presented. The list is a result of investigation studies in the Białowieża Old-growth Forest, best preserved forests in European lowland, located in North-Eastern Poland. The status of threat to the lichen and allied fungi species listed has been determined according to the Red List Categories by IUCN (2001, version 3.1). The data obtained were compared with historical ones. Changes of the species main frequency were used as an additional indicator of their threat status. The Red List includes 135 taxa of lichens, lichenicolous and saprobic fungi, which constitute 33.7% of the local biota and 8.4% of Polish biota. The status of threatened biota has the folowing categories: Regionally Extinct (RE) - 38 taxa, Critically Endangered (CR) - 29, Endangered (EN) - 19, Vulnerable (VU) - 8, Near Threatened (NT) - 9, Least Concern (LC) -11 and Data Deficient (DD) - 21.

The first regional list of threatened lichens and allied fungi is presented. The list is a result of investigation studies in the Gorce Mts. (Beskidy Zachodnie range in Karpaty Zachodnie range). The status of threat to the lichen and allied fungi species used has been determined according to the IUCN Red List Categories in version 3.1 (2001). The data obtained were compared with historical ones. Changes of the species main frequency were used as an additional indicator of their threat status. The Red List includes 367 taxa of lichens, lichenicolous and saprobic fungi, which constitute ca 67% of the Gorce Mts. total lichen biota and 22.9% of Polish biota. The status of threatened biota has the following categories: Regionally Extinct (RE) - 83 taxa, Critically Endangered (CR) - 61, En-dangered (EN) - 49, Vulnerable (VU) - 50, Near Threatened (NT) - 23, Least Concern (LC) -11 and Data Deficient (DD) - 90. The most threatened are obligatory forest epiphytes growing almost exclusively on old spruce <em>Picea abies</em> and beech <em>Fagus sylvatica</em> trees.

The list is a result of investigation studies in the Pilicka Old-growth Forest, forests located on both sides of the middle course of the Pilica River, which flows in Central Poland. The status of threat to the lichen and lichenicolous fungus species listed has been determined according to the Red List Categories by IUCN (2001, version 3.1). The data obtained were compared with historical ones. Changes of the species main frequency were used as an additional indicator of threat status. The Red List includes 140 taxa of lichens and lichenicolous fungus, which constitute 51.8% of the local biota and 8.7% of Polish biota. The status of threatened biota has the following categories: Regionally Extinct (RE) - 12 taxa, Critically Endangered (CR) - 18, Endangered (EN) - 28, Vulnerable (VU) - 42, Near Threatened (NT) - 23, Least Concern (LC) - 7 and Data Deficient (DD) - 10.

The first regional list of threatened lichens and allied fungi is presented. The list is a result of investigation studies in Gdańsk Pomerania, which mostly comprises the area of the Pomeranian Voivodeship and geobotanic units of Gdańsk Pomerania in Poland. The data obtained were compared with historical ones. Changes of the species main frequency were used as an additional indicator of their threat status. The status of threat to the lichen and allied fungi species listed has been determined according to the Red List Categories by IUCN (2001, version 3.1). The Red List includes 286 taxa of lichens, licheniclous and saprobic fungi, which constitute 53.9% of the local biota and 17.9% of Polish biota. The status ofthreatened biota has the following categori-es: Regionally Extinct (RE) - 37 taxa, Critically Endangered (CR) - 45, Endangered (EN) - 44, Vulnerable (VU) - 82, Near Threatened (NT) - 5, Least Concern (LC) - 6 and Data Deficient (DD) - 67. Species typical of deciduous forests are the most threatened ones.

The status of threat to the lichen and allied fungi species listed has been determined according to the Red List Categories by IUCN (2001, version 3.1). The data obtained were compared with historical ones. Changes of the species main frequency were used as an additional indicator of their threat status. The Red List includes 144 taxa of lichens, lichenicolous and saprobic fungi, which constitute 61.8% of the local biota and 9% of Polish biota. The status of threatened biota has the following categories: Regionally Extinct (RE) - 13 taxa, Critically Endangered (CR) - 26, Endangered (EN) - 31, Vulnerable (VU) - 23, NearThreatened (NT) -17, Least Concern (LC) -14 and Data Deficient (DD)-20. Epiphytic lichens of forest and roadside trees as well as forest epixylic arę the most threatened ones.

Zeuxine reflexa, a less known terrestrial orchid belonging to the subtribe Goodyerinae, has been collected from Kheel, Papum pare District of Arunachal Pradesh, India and reported here as a new distributional record for the state. The threat status of the species in India is assessed as Critically Endangered [CR B2ab (i, ii, iv)] according to IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria (Regional and National Levels). Its detailed description alongwith a photo-plate is provided.

The list is a result of investigation studies in the Tucholskie Forest, lowland forests growing in Western Pomerania, in northern Poland. The status of threat to the lichen and allied fungi species listed has been determined according to the Red List Categories by IUCN (2001, version 3.1). The data obtained were compared with historical ones. Changes of species main frequency were used as an additional indicator of their threat status. The Red List includes 151 taxa of lichens, lichenicolous and saprobic fungi, which constitute 39.7% of the local biota and 9.4% of Polish biota. The first regional list of threatened lichens is presented. The list is a result of investigation studies in the Polish part of the Sudety Mts. The status of threat to the lichen species used has been determined according to the IUCN Red List Categories in Version 3.1 (2001). The data obtained were compared with historical ones. Changes of the species main frequency were used as an additional indicator of their threat status. The Red List includes 504 taxa of lichens, which constitute ca 60% of the local biota and 31.6% of Polish biota. The status of threatened biota has the following categories: Regionally Extinct (RE) -123 taxa, Critically Endangered (CR) - 39, Endangered (EN) - 56, Vulnerable (VU) - 84, Near Threatened (NT) - 17, Least Concern (LC) - 19 and Data Deficient (DD) - 166.

Miconia rheophytica is described, illustrated, and compared with presumed relatives in the Octopleura clade. It is distinguished by its narrowly elliptic to ovate-lanceolate leaf blades with entire to subentire margins that have evenly spaced spreading smooth eglandular trichomes 0.8−1.4 mm long, an indumentum of dendritic trichomes with short axes and terete radiating arms on distal internodes, adaxial petiole surfaces, and primary and secondary veins on abaxial leaf surfaces, unribbed hypanthia that are constricted and tapered distally below the torus and covered with a mixture of basally roughened trichomes and dendritic trichomes with short axes, anthers with two ± truncate apical pores, eglandular anther appendages, 3-locular ovary, and berries that are bright blue at maturity. It is known only from flash-flooded riverbanks in three river canyons in the Magdalena Medio region of Antioquia, Colombia. A conservation assessment of “Endangered” is recommended for this species based on IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria.

Primulina silaniae X.X.Bai &amp; F.Wen, a new species of Primulina Hance (Gesneriaceae) from the limestone area of Wangmo County, Guizhou Province, is described and illustrated. The new species is similar to P. spiradiclioides Z.B.Xin &amp; F.Wen, but can be easily distinguished from the latter by a combination of characteristics, especially in the lateral veins of its leaf and floral shape and tube. At present, three populations in one locality of this new taxon were found, totaling about 600 mature individuals. According to the IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria (Version 3.1), the species is provisionally assessed as Vulnerable [VU D1].
