The utility model provides a transmission line on-line monitoring system powered devices, including power generation systems, and power control systems; power system consists of solar panels and batteries composed of the power control system consists of DC-DC converter circuit, voltage and current sampling circuit, microcontroller system and charge-discharge circuit; power control system with maximum power point tracking (Maximum Power Point Tracking: MPPT) control the power output of solar panels; the utility model role is: to improve the transmission line on-line monitoring system for solar energy utilization efficiency , extended battery life, providing a steady continuous power for outdoor transmission line online monitoring system.

Optical electronic monitoring system is widely used in battlefield assessment, forest fire preventing, road monitoring, etc. This paper proposes an optical electronic monitoring system based on multiple-sensor. Multi-sensors use common optical route in this the system. It means to get the same scene in the same time. In order to extend the transmission distance, reducing the complexity of the wiring, the system design a transform module. Through the transform module, the system transforms CamerLink standard signal to network package and uses network transmission image.
