Of all the kinds of traumatic dental injury, luxation injuries associated with crown-root fractures deserve special attention due to the particular need for complex multidisciplinary treatment. Clinical experience has demonstrated the need for repositioning of luxated teeth and treatment of crown-root fractures by orthodontic or surgical extrusion and completed with periodontal plastic surgery (gingivoplasty). In many cases the outcome is good conservation and excellent esthetic results. This approach cannot however, always be recommended, for example because of the age of the patient. For this reason, a different protocol is proposed that involves, in addition to orthodontic repositioning of the luxated teeth, (as is required to return teeth to the physiological position), the extrusion, restoration and subsequent re-intrusion to the natural position (without the need for further surgery) of those teeth involved with associated crown-root fractures. Two cases illustrate the use of this proposed technique.

Esthetics enhancement is a better treatment option for a non-fracture discolored traumatic maxillary central incisor (Max CI). The traumatic injury occurred in Max CI teeth because it was present in the most anterior region of the jaw. Necrosis (pulpal) in Max CI is the second commonest complication after fracture due to trauma. Open apex, incomplete root development, root shortening, roots with a poor remaining dentinal thickness (RDT), and a compromised crown root ratio all these factors affect the survival prognosis of traumatized teeth. Nowadays MTA based bio regenerative material helps in treatment strategies like apexification that was a popular treatment of open apex cases. Necrosis associated discoloration is managed with a conservative approach non-vital bleaching, less time consuming, and satisfy the economical and esthetic aspect for the patient.

The aim of the article is to show the role of parliament in the foreign policy within the framework of the conservative school of thought. The authors examine both Russian and Western traditions of conservatism and come to the conclusion that the essential idea of “the rule of the best” has turned to be one of the basic elements of the modern legislative body per se. What’s more, parliament, according to the conservative approach, tends to be the institution that represents the real spirit of the nation and national interests. Therefore the interaction of parliaments on the international arena appears to be the form of the organic communication between nations. Parliamentary diplomacy today is the tool that has the potential to address to the number of issues that are difficult to deal with within the framework of the traditional forms of IR: international security, challenges posed by new technologies, international sanctions and other.
