The article shows the urgency of the problem of studying resonant processes in extra high voltage power lines. The research of processes in extra high voltage power transmission lines is carried out to develop and implement measures to prevent overvoltages. Resonant overvoltages arising because of open phase modes of operation of the extra high voltage transmission line are considered. The paper shows the influence of the levels of longitudinal asymmetry on the calculation of the resistances of compensating reactors to reduce the values of overvoltages in the pause of single-phase automatic reclose. The degree of influence of the wire transposition scheme on the choice of the resistance of the compensation reactor and on the values of resonant overvoltages in the cycle of single-phase automatic reclose is considered. Estimation of asymmetry coefficients for different transposition schemes is performed. To select the resistance of the compensation reactor, the data of the existing high-voltage transmission lines of 750 kV were taken. Recommendations for the implementation of measures to prevent and limit resonant overvoltages are given. The current theoretical and practical problems of operation of the extra high voltage power line are considered and the ways of further research are shown. References 14, figures 5, tables 2.

On the basis of analyzing the structure of common power fittings in high-voltage transmission lines and their image features, combined with the DNN deep neural network in machine learning, we proposed a model suitable for high-voltage transmission line inspection robots to identify the types of electric power fittings on the transmission lines. And design a fast ROI generation method suitable for recognizing fittings on power transmission lines. Then we verify the feasibility and rationality of the fitting identification model.

Keberadaan Pemutus Tenaga (PMT) pada saluran transmisi mutlak diperlukan, karena untuk menyalurkan dan memutuskan sistem penyaluran tenaga listrik dari pusat pembangkitan sampai ke konsumen harus bisa di atur dengan menggunakan PMT ini. PMT adalah sebuah alat yang berfungsi untuk memutus-hubungkan aliraan listrik yang melalui saluran transmisi tegangan tinggi. Karena faktor tegangan tinggi , yaitu untuk Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT)  adalah 150 KV dan untuk Saluran Udara Tegangan Extra Tinggi (SUTET) adalah 500 KV, maka setiap kali menghubungkan dan memutuskan kontak di dalam PMT  gesekan pada kontak-kontak tersebut yang terbuat dari logam. Akibat dari gesekan ini akan muncul bunga api yang sangat berbahaya dapat menimbulkan kebakaran dan kerusakan peralatan. Untuk memadamkan bunga api ini , maka di gunakan gas SF6 yang bersifat isolator , sehingga bunga api padam dan dapat mencegah terjadinya kebakaran dan kerusakan peralatan.  Gas SF6 (Hexa Fluoride Sulfur) As Fire Extinguisher On Power Breaker (PMT) On High Voltage Transmission Channel The existence of Power Circuit breaker (PMT) in the transmission line is absolutely necessary, because to channel and decide the system of electricity distribution from the power station  to the consumer must be managed by using this PMT. PMT is a device that serves to break-up the electricity supply through high voltage transmission lines. Due to the high voltage factor, that is for High Voltage transmission line (SUTT) is 150 KV and for Extra High Voltage Transmission line (SUTET) is 500 KV, then every time connect and disconnect the contact inside the friction PMT on those contacts made from metal. As a result of this friction will appear very dangerous sparks can cause fire and equipment damage. To extinguish this spark, then in use SF6 gas that is an isolator, so the sparks out and can prevent the occurrence of fire and equipment damage.

Considering that insulator flashover accident frequently occurs in high voltage transmission line, a kind of insulator string flashover positioning system is designed. The positioning system is on based on the fact that ultrasonic and ultraviolet energy is released when flashover occurs. To make sure whether a flashover accident occurred, sensors are used to detect ultrasonic and ultraviolet waves near the insulators in real time. The detecting results and accident position information will be uploaded to the monitoring center wirelessly using GSM/GPRS (Global System of Mobile communication / General Packet Radio Service), which can make it easy and fast for operating personnel to locate the accident, reduce troubleshooting work and quickly recovery power transmission. The experiment shows that the system has lots of advantages such as high sensitivity, high positioning accuracy, more stable and so on.
